· Trash must be out by 5:00AM on your scheduled pick up day. This ensures that no one will be missed if our schedule changes.

· Your service includes up to 3-32 gallon cans per week. All trash should be bagged and not exceed 50 pounds. Trash should have a cover to eliminate water buildup.

· If you have a bulky item, which cannot be bagged or placed in a trash can, please call our office at 860-642-7351 so we can inform your driver to pick it up. Extra charges may apply. This also includes extra bags/cans over the 3 can limit.

· HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: In observance of Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day all scheduled trash and recycling pickups falling on or after the holiday will be picked up one day late. Click the Holiday Schedule Changes for further information regarding your pickup.

· In order to comply with local and state law, the following cannot be taken with your trash: yard debris, liquid waste, recycling material, construction/demolition debris including sheetrock, ash, or hazardous waste.

· Recycling is mandatory in the State of Connecticut.

· Newspaper, magazines, books, office paper and junk mail should be placed in brown paper bags or bundled. No plastic bags please.

· Cardboard needs to be broken down into 2' x 4' lengths.

· Bottles, Cans, and #1 & #2 Plastics should be rinsed and placed in a separate container marked as recycling material.
